Journal Entries: Reflections, notes, and emotional check-ins that you voluntarily enter into the app.
Voice Recordings: If you use our speech-to-text or Voice Mode features, we process your voice input to convert it into written form or to provide AI-driven responses.

1.3 Usage & Device Data

Interaction Data: Information on how you interact with the app, including features used, time spent, and usage patterns.
Device Information: We may collect device-specific information such as model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Notifications: We collect push notification tokens to send you reminders and updates if you opt-in.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide personalized wellness insights and journaling tools.
To process and convert voice recordings into text or emotional analysis.
To manage your subscriptions and in-app purchases via RevenueCat.
To improve app performance, troubleshoot bugs, and develop new features.
To send optional reminders, supportive nudges, and account-related updates.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app:

Authentication: Google Sign-In and Apple Authentication are used to securely manage user accounts.
Cloud Infrastructure: Firebase (Google) provides backend services, storage, and database management.
Subscription Management: RevenueCat is used to process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
App Infrastructure: Expo is used for app updates and push notification delivery.

These third parties are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose than providing services to Undisturb.

All sensitive data is encrypted during transit and at rest.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
Journal entries are accessible only to you and are handled through secure, encrypted channels.

You have full control over your data:

Access & Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data.
Correction: You can update your profile information within the app settings.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data permanently through the app settings or via our online Data Deletion Portal.
Opt-out: You can disable push notifications or opt-out of optional AI features at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account (either in-app or via our Deletion Portal), we will permanently erase your personal and sensitive data from our active databases, subject to legal or technical requirements for data disposal.

7. Children's Privacy

Undisturb is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
